They do not agitate allergies either unlike normal chicken eggs. They are 4-5 times higher in protein, calcium and other vitamins and nutrients. They also contain 3 times more Vitamin B than chicken eggs. Because of the higher nutrients in quail eggs they also provide a richer flavour than chicken eggs.

Hatching: We pride ourselves on raising good quality birds. Our birds are of the highest standards in the Illawarra and our fertility rate is fantastic!
We hatch every month or so, therefore we always have birds in stock of different ages.
Chicks hatch in ALL colours including Tuxedo and Slate. Our bloodlines are a dual purpose breed and are equally suitable for Pets, Eggs or Meat production.
We also post fertile eggs through Express Post. While our eggs are well packaged and protected, the buyer understands that breakages do occur from time to time and that fertility can drop due to poor handling at the post office.
